The following terms define the rules and conditions for renting classic vehicles from our company. By submitting a request and/or making a reservation, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms.

Service Scope

Our company offers classic car rental services for special occasions, such as weddings, photo shoots, video clips, anniversary events, and other similar events.
The rental is provided exclusively with a professional company driver. Independent driving by third parties is not allowed, unless there is explicit and written approval from our driver, who retains the right to assess on a case-by-case basis the ability and safety of the interested driver.

Use for Weddings

For wedding events, the vehicle is available for the time required to cover:

  • the ceremony,
  • the photo shoot,
  • the exit from the church,
  • the transfer to the reception venue.

The vehicle’s presence throughout the entire reception is not included in the service, unless there is a special agreement and an additional charge.

Use for Video Clips / Photo Shoots

The rental for photo shoots or video clips has a maximum duration of up to 8 hours.
An extension of the duration is possible only after timely communication with the company and approval by our team. Otherwise, any overrun may incur additional charges.

Liability for Damages

The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, wear, or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period, whether by themselves or by a third party who drives or uses the vehicle.
The company reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage, including repair, replacement, or delay of future bookings.

Payments

  • Payment is made via bank transfer to the company’s account.
  • Alternative payment methods may only be agreed upon after communication and company approval.
  • The reservation is considered final only after the deposit or full amount has been paid, as will be communicated to you.

User Data & Communication

When expressing interest or making a reservation, personal data (full name, phone, email, request content) is requested.
This data:

  • is used exclusively for communication and service purposes,
  • is not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Ownership Rights

All vehicles, photos, descriptions, and any other content on the website are the intellectual and commercial property of the company. Use, reproduction, or republication is prohibited without prior written permission.

Disclaimer & Vehicle Replacement

The company makes every possible effort to provide its services timely, safely, and seamlessly.
However, in cases of force majeure (e.g., technical failure, accident, unforeseen incident), the company reserves the right to replace the vehicle with a similar available one or to modify/cancel the reservation, immediately informing the customer.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek Law.
The Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from their application.
